A PREMIUM OIL
Its name comes from the metallic reflections of the leaves when they get sun. The fruit, large in size, has a low yield of oil but of extraordinary quality. Its adaptation to our sandy-loam soil has proved a success and it has become responsible for many of the awards that we have received in recent years.
Aromas of freshly cut grass, a slight bitterness of green fruit and a slight spicy aftertaste of almonds and walnuts make this oil an ideal dressing for a fruit salad or simply on a slice of toast with a pinch of salt, or sugar.
